About

OPE is chasing tenths, fabricating fixes, and sharing the whole ride.

I got hooked the first time I trail-braked too deep and the C8 told me I was an idiot—but then we figured it out together. Track Day Diaries is my way of documenting that learning curve in public. The clean laps, the broken parts, the late-night 3D prints that somehow survive a hot session.

I’m a fabricator out of necessity. Half the parts on this car started as sketches on the garage floor. Aero pieces get chopped, rebuilt, and occasionally set on fire by accident. Penske dampers get torn apart until they behave the way I want. If there’s a faster version of the C8 hiding somewhere, I’m determined to find it.

When I’m not bleeding brakes, I’m editing video or answering comments. The goal is simple: give back to the track community that taught me so much. If a video saves you a weekend of guesswork or a busted knuckle, that’s a win.

Come say hi at the paddock

I’ll be the guy torquing wheels and handing out stickers. Scan the QR on the car, show the screen, and we’ll talk setup.
